Terms of Payment and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of 50% of the total exhibit fee due will be invoiced once the Application and Contract form is signed and received by Congrex.
The final payment will be invoiced 3 months before the exhibition (March 30, 2007).
Non-receipt will automatically result in the release of the reserved space, a forfeiting of the deposit fee and cancellation of the contract.
Cancellations received in writing before March 30, 2007: 50% refund of amount paid.
Cancellations received in writing from April 1, 2007: the exhibitor will be liable for the total charge of the application.
